Dinari Secures $12.7M Series A to Expand Tokenized Stock Access Globally
Dinari, a California-based crypto startup specializing in tokenized real-world assets, has closed a $12.7 million Series A round led by Hack VC and Blockchange Ventures. The funding, backed by VanEck Ventures, F-Prime, and Avalanche Fund, propels total investment to $22.65 million.
The platform enables non-U.S. investors to trade tokenized versions of major U.S. equities and funds through its dShares product. Each token is fully collateralized by physical shares held in custody. Demand surges from Latin America—particularly Argentina and Brazil—with emerging traction in Africa and Southeast Asia.
